2 CANS WHOLE PEELED TOMATOES 
2 LARGE CANS RED CHILE BEANS 
2 LBS 90% LEAN GROUND BEEF 
2 JALAPENOS 
1 HABANERO 
1 LARGE ONION 
2-3 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED 
1/2 TO 3/4 CAN V-8 JUICE 

In a medium to large soup pot put ground beef, chopped onion, garlic,and peppers. Cook on medium heat until beef is done.

Take whole peeled tomatoes and cut in 1/4's. adding it to the beef along with the beans.

Add the tomato juice. As soon as the chile starts to boil reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
