Venision Chili

2 tablespoon oil
1 Pound Vension Chili Meat
1 small onion, grated
1 small garlic bud, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash Cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
3 cups hot water

Heat oil in large skillet or dutch oven. Add meat and fry until brown. Add onion and garlic and saute lightly. When onions are transparent, add salt, pepper, chili powder and oregano. Stir and add hot water. Cover and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 45 minutes (or until meat is tender) Add more water if needed. (serves 6 to 8)
