Frozen Watermelon Margarita

(from Food & Wine magazine)

5 cups watermelon cut into one inch cubes with seeds removed
1 cup white tequila
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup sugar

Put watermelon cubes in sealed plastic bag and place in freezer until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.

Place frozen watermelon cubes in 6-cup blender with other ingredients. If blender is small size, do two batches. Blend until smooth.

Serves 6
