Cinnamon Buttermilk Ice Cream

Delicate sweet-tart taste

Whisk together in a bowl:
2 cups buttermilk 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Chill mixture until about 30 to 40 minutes before your meal. Pour the mixture in an ice cream maker and make according to manufacturer's directions.

Serve the ice cream with bunuelos, pound cake or macaroons.
