Tuna Jalapeno Poppers

Here is a popper recipe that I have tried. It is easy and very tasty.

About 10 - 12 whole pickled jalapenos split lengthwise, 
   ith seeds removed and drained on paper towels.
1 can water packed tuna fish, drained well.
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
(Optional, a little chopped parsley)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix tuna, onion, mayonnaise, (parsley) salt and pepper. Place a little tuna mixture on each half pepper. Can be made ahead, covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
