Pico de Gallo

 

4 or 5 ripe plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 white onion, chopped
3 or 4 fresh jalapenos, chopped
1/2 cup, fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
